Steven brings over two decades of expertise in exchange-traded markets, financial market infrastructure, and market regulation. His career includes senior executive roles at ICE (Intercontinental Exchange), CurveGlobal Markets, and DRW Trading Group, as well as advisory and board positions in innovative fintech and clearing startups.
Most recently, Steven served as Global Head of Financial Derivatives at ICE, where he led the delivery of the Libor transition for ICE rates markets—a multi-year project executed in partnership with the UK FCA and the Bank of England. He currently sits as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Tower Research Capital B.V. in the Netherlands, where he also chairs the Risk Committee.
